Chakra Balancing
 
Below is a simple Chakra balancing exercise to help open, clear and balance the chakras. It helps to align the chakras to each other and to higher frequency energies while releasing negative energies.
 
Sit or lie comfortably with your palms facing up
 
Close your eyes and focus on your breath – breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly  –   breathe like this a few minutes until you feel relaxed.
 
Focus on the Root Chakra at the base of the spine. In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Red ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in red and breathe out red. Visualize this energy flowing down your legs into the Earth, down into Earth’s centre, grounding you. Breathe in red and breathe out red, 8 -10 times or longer if needed.
 
Focus on the Sacral Chakra, the area below your belly button. In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Orange ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in orange and breathe out orange, 8 -10 times or longer if needed.
 
Focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra, the area just above your belly button. In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Yellow ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in yellow and breathe out yellow, 8 -10 times or longer if needed.
 
Focus on the Heart Chakra, the area just above your belly button. In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Green ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in green and breathe out green, 8 -10 times or longer if needed.
 
Focus on the Throat Chakra.
 In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Blue ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in blue and breathe out blue, 8 -10 times or longer if needed. As this chakra spins at your throat, see  the blue energy flowing down your arms, our your hands and connecting five feet in front of your body blending the energy from both sides together. What you ask for, you will more easily get or manifest while this energy is spinning.
 
Focus on the Third Eye or Brow Chakra, the area in the middle of your forhead just above you eyebrows. In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Indigo ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in indigo and breathe out indigo, 8 -10 times or longer if needed. While this chakra is spinning visualize your mind’s eye looking out a window towards the Universe and stars.
 
Focus on the Crown Chakra, the area just above your belly button. In your mind’s eye see it as a bright Violet ball spinning clockwise. As you focus, breathe in violet and breathe out violet, 8 -10 times or longer if needed. As the violet ball spins at your crown, visualize a large and magnificent lotus flower opening just above the top of your head.
 
Finally, see White Silver Light flowing down through your Crown chakra through all the other chakras into Mother Earth until you see yourself as a glowing white being with all the chakras spinning brightly. Hold this vision for a while.
 
You should feel balanced and energized!
